01 — The Mission: From Instructor to Sentinel
Barbados faced a critical coaching shortage and data gap in the aquatic sector. Shark Sprints was the national solution. This 4-session intensive upskilled the existing workforce into Sovereign Sentinels— maritime professionals who moved beyond "teaching swimming" to managing a data-rich, high-performance aquatic ecosystem.
