01 — The Mission: From Instructor to Sentinel

Barbados faced a critical coaching shortage and data gap in the aquatic sector. Shark Sprints was the national solution. This 4-session intensive upskilled the existing workforce into Sovereign Sentinels — maritime professionals who moved beyond “teaching swimming” to managing a data-rich, high-performance aquatic ecosystem.

DAY 01

⚓ The Anchor

June 6 · Barbados Yacht Club

Identity (Saige Space): The 17x Vision Anchor — locating your “Ceiling” and shifting from Instructor to Sentinel.
Technical (TAP Phase I): Stages 1–3 (Starfish to Sea-Turtle) — foundations of water safety & psychological permission.
Entry Roster & Exit Toggle — establishing 100% accountability from first entry.

DAY 02

🌊 The Current

June 13 · Barbados Yacht Club

Identity (Saige Space): The Evidence Stack — building your “Sovereign Record” as proof of future authority.
Technical (TAP Phase II): Stages 4–6 (Barracuda to Marlin) — stroke compression & open-water navigation.
TAP Assessment Ledger — recording passes and identifying “Safety Debt” in real-time.

DAY 03

🔱 The Trident

June 20 · Barbados Aquatic Centre

Identity (Saige Space): The Compression Threshold — defining the “Sovereign Idea,” the aquatic problem you were built to solve.
Technical (TAP Phase III): Stages 7–9 (Swordfish to Manta Ray) — high-performance coaching & Blue Guard safety drills.
Space Session Log (Pool Toggle) — live chemistry tests & logging personnel ratios.

DAY 04

🔗 The Integration

June 27 · Barbados Yacht Club

Identity (Saige Space): The Sovereign Summary — morning orientation & transition to the rank of Sovereign Host.
Technical (Final Practicum): Lead a live guest “Mini-Sprint” using the full Blue Empire framework.
The Full Stack Sync — managing Roster, Environment, and Assessment simultaneously.
