Innovators HQ Summer Program 2025
Our founding 2025 pilot brought together 33 students aged 7โ13 at the Oceana Innovation Hub for four weeks of hands-on STEM. Campers built solar-powered robot cars, engineered working wind turbine models, and installed a fully functional aquaponics system. Field trips took the cohort to the Ashton Wind Farm and Carlisle Bay for a snorkeling ocean day, and every single participant showed measurable improvement in their swimming ability. The programme was oversubscribed โ the reason we’re expanding into two dedicated tracks for 2026.

Junior Anglers’ Camp 2026
Presented free of charge by the Barbados Fisheries Division in partnership with Innovators HQ, Don Shark Aquatics, Ebony Anglers, and the Barbados Game Fishing Association, Junior Anglers’ Camp welcomed campers aged 8โ13 to Port St. Charles Marina for a full day on the water. Kids learned rod & reel basics, proper knot tying and tackle care, safe casting technique, and open-water safety, alongside fish identification and the principles of ocean stewardship. Beyond the fishing fundamentals, campers left with a real appreciation for marine conservation and the sportsmanship that comes with responsible angling.
