Purpose of the Consent

At Don Shark Aquatics, we celebrate our swimmers and the progress they make. From time to time, we take photographs and videos during classes, swim sessions, and events. These images may be used to highlight our programs, showcase participant achievements, and promote swimming and water safety.

We kindly ask for your permission to use images or videos of your child on our official platforms.

Use of Images and Videos

By signing below, I grant permission to Don Shark Aquatics to use photos and/or videos of my child in which they appear, for purposes including but not limited to:

• Posts on official Don Shark Aquatics social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, website)
• Promotional materials such as flyers, posters, or brochures
• Educational or training presentations
• Newsletters or other program-related publications

I understand that:

• I may withdraw my consent at any time by providing written notice to Don Shark Aquatics.
• Images and videos will be used in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• No personal information (such as full name or contact details) will be shared without additional consent.
